Dustin P. Kuhn, B.A., LL.B (honours), practices in the area of Family Law.
Dustin is a trial lawyer who can assist you at any stage of the litigation process. Whether you’ve recently separated, been served with court documents, or need a lawyer to represent you at an upcoming application or trial, Dustin can advise you on strategy, and represent you in court when necessary.
Dustin joined the association of Lawyers at South Coast Law Group upon his graduation from law school, and has remained with the firm since being called to the Bar. He is in a great office and has a friendly assistant. Dustin is a member in good standing of the Law Society of BC, and acts as Secretary for the Fraser Valley Bar Association.
Dustin is passionate about defending his client’s rights whether that be through drafting agreements, negotiating settlements, or in court. He has appeared in both Provincial and Supreme Court and has conducted trials in both. Dustin enjoys both the procedural and legal aspects of his practice. He does his best to be available to answer all of his client’s questions within a reasonable period of time.
Dustin is a well rounded individual with a diverse and interesting educational and career background. His past work and life experience allows him to relate to most of his clients issues and understand how their unique circumstances fit within the matrix of the law. As such, Dustin is able to persuasively argue his client’s cases in court and at the negotiation table.
When he is not in the office, Dustin maintains an active lifestyle. He loves tennis and tries to play as much as possible. He plays squash, and likes to hike on various local trails during the summer months. He is also in the process of learning the guitar, which is his first instrument.
