Kendelle Pollitt

B.A., LL.B.

Kendelle’s practice focuses on all aspects of Family law. This includes:

  • Co-habitation and pre-nuptial agreements
  • Separation Agreements
  • Divorce
  • Family Property and debt arrangements
  • Adoptions
  • Spousal support
  • Child support

She also has considerable experience with family and business property division.

Each family is unique and Kendelle strives to tailor her advice and strategic solutions to the particular circumstances of each client and their children. For many family law clients, it’s important that their thoughts and opinions be heard. Kendelle helps ensure her clients have a voice in the process. In particular, Kendelle can help to ensure that the client’s interests are well protected against potential manipulation and positioning by the other side.

Typically, her clients are unfamiliar with this area of law. For this reason, Kendelle strives to educate her clients on the process options available to them such as mediation, negotiation, and if necessary, litigation so that together they can develop the best strategy to meet that client’s needs. In addition to serving as a lawyer, Kendelle is also a certified mediator.

Kendelle has ten years of experience as a lawyer, negotiating and advocating for clients’ rights in and out of court. She actually conducted her first trial as a summer student and agent for the Department of Justice after only one year of law school. On her call to the bar, she worked with a range of law firms in the Fraser Valley and downtown Vancouver before joining South Coast Law Group in 2015.

Her court experience is considerable and varied. It ranges from tax evasion, drug charges and car crashes to heated and complex custody battles. She is able to bring this extensive court experience to bear when fighting for her family law clients.

That said, she also understands that not every family law issue should be resolved in court. Kendelle works closely with her clients to determine the most appropriate, reasonable and fair solutions to each issue. Kendelle is adept at both courtroom advocacy and collaborative negations.

Selecting a family lawyer is often about fit. Feel free to give Kendelle or her paralegal, Shazma, a call to make an appointment for a free half hour initial consultation. We can be reached at 604-496-5096 or by email at or
